@dcjogger I always found that most people define Anarchy totally backwards, since Anarchy is NOT the lack of government, but a system in which people has such a high level of morality that they don't NEED a government. Therefore, in such system, there is no need of LEO because people do not steal or murder. Of course, that is just and ideal since human behavior makes such system impossible .
