@waltermoore5 @dcjogger Everyone says that, but it's bullshit. You can buy about 10 acres in most states today, that has no City infrastructure what so ever. No Paved roads to it, no electricity to it, not running water to it, and no City taxes to pay on the land. You State and County taxes would be less than $200 a year. It's the city amenities that you pay for. Some more fair than others on what they charge you.
