One wonders if patriotic soldiers will go rogue and give equipment to the rebels when Civil War 2.0 starts.
@dcjogger They will bring their equipment with them. But it will not be just soldiers, there will be ranking and high ranking officers. This will be good since they will have the tactical and strategic training that will be needed when this happens.
