Me too. If they can't protect their pot plants, they might be unable to relax and tear their buttholes during sex. Gun grabbing is rape!

@dcjogger It breaks down with the recent THC cannabis vape pens using unsafe cutting agents. You need the laws to regulate things like prescription drugs to make sure people are getting the real thing, or to restrict lead content in frying pans.

Also why not just require registering every firearm and keep a print on file. Allow lookups by name on sale (which is illegal right now unless you're a gun store).

A deregulated or low enforcement world is not a utopia. People want to trust their food.

@djsumdog @dcjogger None of this will prevent mass shootings. All it will do is create a handy database for when the next globalist piece of filth gets in office and the confiscation attempt can begin.

@mr_johnblaze @dcjogger I don't really think violent revolutions are the answer, and if violent revolutions happen en mass, a database isn't going to matter. Equivocating guns with speech is actually pretty maddening. Speech is not violence and violence is violence.

This on top of the fact that the reason US gun laws don't change is because it helps the gun industry sell a lot of guns to South and Central America:

@djsumdog @dcjogger Before every big societal culling, gun confiscations took place. Stalin, Mao, Hitler, Pol Pot. For the most recent examples of a people powerless to resist their government, look at Venezuela. Look at China. The database is USELESS is the point. It only serves to give the gov't leverage to take away law abiding peoples' firearms. Like every other law, including gun free zones, criminals aren't going to abide by them anyway.

@mr_johnblaze Australia had a huge gun culling in 1996 after the Hobart shooting. They haven't turned into a totalitarian state (they never had freedom of speech to begin with, but things haven't gotten worse from a human rights perspective until just recently with the encryption laws ... still it's difficult to say guns would have changed that at all). @dcjogger

@djsumdog @dcjogger Well of course things haven't gotten overtly worse. In the modern era you can't just openly start culling your population without international outcry. What you can do is soft kill by them importing 3rd world hordes, erasing their culture and identity then leaving them a people without a country, all under the guise of tolerance and humanitarianism.

But the devil's in the details and modern Australia is slowly becoming a draconian hellhole. Have you seen the cases of men who were arrested after fighting off intruders in their own home? The street stabbings and bombings? And if you even dare speak against it on Facebook it's jail for you, thought criminal. This sort of draconian application of law is designed to pacify people, punish them for fighting back until they no longer even consider the idea. In many ways, this is worse than outright killing them because you destroy their sense of self, their instinct for self-preservation and their spirit. A mental death over a physical one. You're making walking drones at that point. Don't think, don't resist, just consume, it was never your country in the first place, diversity is our strength.

@djsumdog @dcjogger registerig every firearm is only a hassle for the people who dont break the law. no criminal would ever register a gun. so its a complete waste of time

@shit I think you underestimate how stupid a lot of criminals are. At a bar minimum, the US government wastes shit tons of man power on this bullshit: vimeo.com/180763356

It's illegal to store electronically searchable sales records! If you required basaltic prints for ever firearm and requires titles and owner transfer (like we do with fucking cars), it would make a massive amount of crime traceable.
@dcjogger

@djsumdog @dcjogger ok but still every gang shooting which is most shootings. is all illegal firearms
@djsumdog @dcjogger we had the same system in canada, have to register every gun. and it turned out to be a waste of time so we got rid of it
