@Scott_Free @dcjogger There will be no civil war any time soon. Why? Because almost everyone has *something to lose*. Got kids? A car? A nice home? Rebel, your kids get put in foster care or worse, your stuff gets confiscated, you get imprisoned. You *know* that, so your "rebellion" is always within the lines. You and most everyone else. Revolution does not happen until masses of people decide they have *nothing to lose*, and things will have to get a lot worse before that happens.
@billblake2018 @Scott_Free @dcjogger True enough. But low level insurgency starts earlier. Sabotage, hit-and-run ops, etc, can be done on the sly and sporadically.
@TempusThales @Scott_Free @dcjogger True. But it will serve little more than emotional gratification to do so. A better way to spend one's efforts is to prepare for the day when revolution becomes necessary and therefore possible. It'll happen, just not this decade or the next.
@dcjogger Who is going to pay for this Civil War 2.0? Just a heads up, they won't kick in your doors to get your guns. Not at first anyway. They will send notices, they will fuck with your property, your kids, your bank account... They will try every single trick in the book and even write some new ones.
Once they are convinced that they got the majority of gun owners THEN they will start kicking in doors. They will come under the cover of night and the color of law, they will stack up high and deep. They will get your guns but remember the 2-to-1 rule, they can only kill you once... If you get 2 or more of them first you win. I know it sounds fucked up but then again so does 99% of the bullshit coming from the government since 1913.
