let's see if the extinct mammal can handle follows imports better than bleroma

Follow

@p @Moon I'm trying to make a backup account to use while I manage to move my instance. I follow around 648 people, and the pleroma instances I have tried to import them so far seems to stop at 120, mastodon already imported 355

the state of plemora
@dirb @p when I changed accounts I had problems importing my follows as well.

@Moon @p my old pleroma-fe wouldn't even give me the complete list of my follows. I had to use the response generated by the mastdon-fe when fetching my follows

@dirb @Moon Ah, yeah. At least in FSE's case the import takes a while.
@fluffy @Moon @dirb This server, right...there's a 500ms window where you have to hit F8. I had to reboot it three or four times just to find the right item in the prompt so I knew to hit F8. It takes a couple of minutes to reboot, by which I mean all the fans going full-speed and I'm sitting there waiting for the POST to *start*. Eventually that happens and I sit through the POST and it does the little ASCII spinner, right? Wait another minute or so while that ASCII spinner sits under the two lines of text telling me how good the RAID controller is and that it's initializing. Okay, fine. Then after that disappears, that's the 500ms window. So I start mashing F8. Sometimes I miss it.

...Then I forget to type "acpi=off" into LILO and it boots all the way up but fdisk says the drive (which appears in /dev) isn't there, because the disk controller errors out if you leave ACPI enabled.
@p @dirb @Moon i'm writing my congress-p until the import tariffs are lowered.
