There is absolutely no reason not to put his stupid poojeet gibberish name in the headline, no sensible logic behind referring to him as a "former nurse" (which is totally irrelevant to the story), unless there's something to be hidden.
Now, they dont actually care about protecting this feral brown individually - he's all over the article and the expanded title even states his name when you open it. The intent with this headline is to mislead the bulk of users who just do a daily skim over the front page and thus prevent an obvious masala nigger name from being associated with a horrific, high-profile murder.
