@zemichi @keisuke the 24-hour coup was interesting because people were calling it a psyop on hour 1, and other people were completely sure that new-hero Prigozhin was going to completely win and make Putin flee the country in disgrace. Some of those people are still sure that Russia has been harmed, somehow. Very politically unstable now, though even street sweepers weren't bothered by 'rebel' armor rolling around.
the sub as far as I care is just the usual power of the media to pick some random flashing light to completely hyperventilate over, just so that they don't have to talk much about some narrative-damaging news.
It was though.
Because I was learning about the sub and apparently the sub materials (carbon fiber) would have wore out but also there was no test of carbon fiber materials at deep depths from anybody, like ever. (or it was very limited knowledge)
And the first sub they built was with titanium.
So.... Why would they build a sub out of new material? Why would they naturally assume it would work? Why did they allow people to get on their untested sub?
The story is not adding up. This should have raised alarm flags for everyone involved.
