The latter are the "chosen" in that they ARE PREPARED TO DEVELOP THEMSELVES
TO THE "SUPRAHUMAN STATE".
they are "called" to the reconstruction of the conscious Cosmic Man
Yet just as a crystal cannot form except in a solution of its proper nature,
but will then form other similar crystals around itself,
so the world cannot be enlightened by the incarnation of a single elect spirit;
for this world will not be transformed unless there are present other elements
able to receive the message and bring it to fruition.
THESE ELEMENTS WILL NEVER BE MORE THAN A MINORITY, AN ELITE GROUP.
Consciousness, in the mass of humanity, is still too vague for the experience
of AN INDIVIDUAL SPIRITUAL CALLING,
and these elements will therefore always remain in flocks and herds, prudently on the LOOKOUT.
