Yes, it's TV-Out from 3.5 mm jack. #Motorola more than 10 years ago had a line of phones based on #EZX/ #MAGX platform. I still have one -- Motorola #ZN5 with good camera by Kodak. I don't think this device will boot-up, it had charge issues.
It had one excellent feature: show media on your TV, like a digital camera. So Motorola did come up with idea to use a jack for this.
Actually, **I don't remember**, this cable is quite compatible. At least, you should be able to output audio to TV from any device with audio output jack!
Thanks to modding scene for these phones, I first played and even finished #Quake and #Doom on this phone connected to old CRT TV I had.
