@HotPolishTakes @YorkshireReborn @graf do you think there is any benefit in being a subject of EU court?
@HotPolishTakes @YorkshireReborn @graf Dont you think that besides gays and immigrants EU court would be more fair? And what's with all the noise about Polish gov undermining independence of it's court system?
@HotPolishTakes @YorkshireReborn @graf correct me if I'm wrong, but didn't Polish government introduce measures to control judges with go beyond simple appointments
@HotPolishTakes @YorkshireReborn @graf I definitely don't believe in democracy in a judicial branch but that's beside the point, I'm really just asking questions because for non-poles it's hard to get what's going on. What's exactly the mechanism gov uses to remove leftist judges? Is it going to be permanent? Why isn't nepotistic judiciary recognised as a problem by the EU, how does the EU respond when Polish gov states that the reforms are necessary?
@HotPolishTakes @YorkshireReborn @graf I agree but I can believe that national judicial system should be supreme in the national affairs, and at the same time I can scrutinize particular reforms in Poland
No. "Judicial Independence" is a jewish lie. As if judges in Germany are not appointed by goverment
If Polish goverment was liberal homos who were getting rid of conservative/reactionary judges who were preventing gay marriage etc, the EU would be cheering for it. But because conservative gov is getting rid of liberal/communist judges EU says Poland bad. Just politics.
