It's interesting that all this fake meat product only ever replaces ground meats. It's like they aren't even trying to create a fake steak, ham, or roast.

@coldacid People have attempted to make them, and I've heard they're getting closer. It's significantly more difficult to replicate something like steak than it is to replicate a ground meat, so of course there would be replacements for ground meat long before it reaches a point that it can replace something with a more complex texture.
