I missed the Cybertranny 2077 event thingie and anything about it but apparently it was received without much fanfare on polack web - as evidenced by CDPRIDF article on PPE that's trying to dismiss concerns point by point 
@roka Is it true the main character will have no gender? This would mean the player controls an individual from some alien species, since humans have sexual dimorphism.
@Galena @deadheat it'd be pretty funny in the meta sense if they offered an expand dong modification as paid DLC but even the fanboys would roast them on fire for this
