As you can see, I only need two more letters, but I'm sure some other letters could have better options I haven't thought of. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

A cop tried to shoot my dog once, when I was a kid. One of the neighbors was getting arrested for something, my dog was barking, the cop "felt threatened" by a dog that wasn't even near him, and threatened to shoot him. It's something that's always stuck with me, and it's probably why I hate cops and authority in general now. Like what kind of fucking scumbag threatens to shoot a kid's dog, right in front of them?
A cop. That's who would do that.
@Jack Sounds pretty good. Cops here in Canada are basically the only people who get to carry guns, so it kinda gets to their head, I guess.
Only police and security guards are allowed to carry firearms in public here.
Say what you will about Australia but at least our cops don't kill Doggos.
