@Jazzy_Butts @rats @cummies i am quite fond of when older guys have that one thing they're quietly autistic about. the farmer i used to visit and talk with had a thing for collecting barely working guns and old buildings. he would actually have buildings, like a store, uprooted and towed across states to his farm

@rats @Jazzy_Butts @cummies i highly recommend talking to people on farms. you meet so many spazzes.

i went to a farm to buy a few gallons of milk and i was wearing my Unabomber hoodie while waltzing around. this 'anprim' kid, a 'nomad hippie' and a former-stock broker now dairy farmer all recognized the hoodie and we talked for hours, several days and now months after that about random hobbies from bonding over trees

@rats @Jazzy_Butts @cummies the eldest one calls me every other week to ask about something random or update me on his farm progress and the anprim kid is working on trying to live off the grid, he goes on long rants with me about industrialism and whatnot. the hippie i haven't heard from in a while but last we talked she was living inside one of those tiny pop up homes
