(long story short - the partition postgres is on ran out of space. would be a fix that is straightforward enough for a normal or sane person but circumstances have made part of this process be me upgrading openbsd 5 versions on a fresh vps while reading a novel)

database restored on new server (my #1 goal in life is to make it so i dont have to restore a database in this way every time something goes wrong, as it seems to have a restore time that is like O(n^something) and it makes me want to blow my brains out)
