@bitterblossom I still remember that scene in The Mick (shortlived fox comedy with the always sunny in Philadelphia girl) where they put a jaw spreader on a young effeminate boy as a joke, and while hilarious it's a line that wouldn't have been crossed in years before.
instead of arguing about this or that being wrong or offensive or inappropriate... just curate what you watch. the ratings systems exist exactly for that purpose.
