I can say nigger at the mall
I can say nigger on a call
I can say nigger at the zoo
I can say nigger directly to you
I can say nigger on the moon
I can say nigger with a spoon
I can say nigger in a shoe
I can say nigger this much is true
but when I say nigger just what does that do
does it offend
does it upend
does it make everyone blue
but what is a nigger but simply a word that you have heard before
it's nothing new
it's not even true
unless you open that door
and make yourself a nigger
one who is the word
is that what you are
is that what you do
don't be so absurd
so when I say nigger
rest assured
I'm not talking about you
unless you've made yourself a nigger
in which case that's on you
