@icedquinn Any non top down system has to be an orosboros, it has to be circular. Who's over the judges? The people. Who's over the people? The judges. And round and round it goes, an endless game of catchup. A topdown system results in complete destruction though much gets done along the way in comparison to the round and round.
@icedquinn Of course they have no "risk", but they have real risk, the real risk of being involved in tyrannical violence, that's why they live in very secure places, they know they are evil, and they know they are hated.
@icedquinn I am left wondering, what happened to "it's not my place to judge" or "I wasn't there I can't judge" or "I'm just a person, it's not my right to decide". I personally think "judges" are a tyrannical concept, it is the most wicked satanic thing I can think of straight from the pits of hell. It is making a slob a god, telling him the fetid shit that comes out of his ass is not like that of other humans. It is sick, it is twisted, and it is satanic. And I'm not even one who cares about "satanism" but this shit is just evil. Always has been. The ONLY people who have the right to judge are the ones directly involved, they have to settle it themselves, and if they can't settle it themselves because they're petty, it is not societies problem. They can kill each other for all I care. If someone is the victim of a crime, violence, oppression, it is their sole responsibility to put it right. These judges are LIARS. They do not HELP victims they OPRESS victims and COMPOUND suffering while they MASTURBATE to it from on high. This whole concept is a joke. No human CAN be a judge. It is roleplay, it is a game, it is theater, it is a waste of time, it is a way to occupy time with very intense neuropathic games, it is a way the powerful of society use violence to order the less powerful into a play, a stage performance, for their own lordly amusement.

@icedquinn Yes, judges standing outside of society would be a good thing, to free them of cares of social taboos or even knowledge of them, but they're not outside society like they should be in our system. They should be on a literal mountain in a literal cave with no internet access, reading books, appreciating nature, and living peacefully, but they're going to clubs, going to bars, watching the news, it's disgusting.
@Jazzy_Butts most of the absolute bullshit that comes out of the US government is the result of bench legislation. ex. the commerce clause has enumerated restrictions on the federal government, but judges went ahead and literally unwrote the constitution so the enumerated list means nothing.
@icedquinn well I mean to be honest that doesn't surprise me, the usa has been falling apart since the civil war, it's a patchwork quilt of insanity, violence, lies, but also hope, genuine good intentions, but it lacked the balls, the guts, to smash tyrant heads when they took the country by the waist and raped it. The country literally sat back and did nothing when their president had his brains blown out in the back of a car. They bitched and moaned and that was it. No revolution, no putting a stop to this insanity, just more bullshit, more lies, more violence, more injustice.
