It's so weird to think that some of the same Christians that were burning Harry Potter in the 2000s are now sucking J.K. Rowlings clit because she's anti-trans. Wild. I wonder if that had anything to do with her being so anti trans, like maybe those book burnings mentally effected her and now she's like, seeing an opportunity to get the Christians on her side again and she's taking it?
i do think it's really ironic, i guess come to think of it it says a lot about christians if a lot of them think hating trans people is more important than not doing magic demonic stuff (to be fair it's completely ridiculous to act like the magic in harry potter is demonic but still, supposedly they have a strong principle about that but clearly some of them would throw it away in favor of transphobia, though i would think it's a bit more complicated than that)
