A Junkie fleeing police hit rear of neighbors parked truck hard enough to move truck a full length forward…put both passenger tires on sidewalk with both driver tires in street…turn junkies car 180 degrees…

Just before hitting the neighbors truck she missed my rear bumper by 8 inches and front bumper by 4 inches (judging later by her braking marks from her tires)
