If you had no aches or pains, and could do backflips, and could climb surfaces with only 1 inch deep finger holds with only your upper body, how could would you be? Pretty cool, I'd say.
@Jazzy_Butts one inch finger holds are pretty good for rock climbing. those artificial climbing walls generally have smaller handholds than that (and they're weirdly smooth and angled to make it more difficult)
@Jazzy_Butts but rock climbing is nothing like pullups, it uses a lot of extra muscles you dont exercise with pullups; but you can do pullups to build up the core strength that'll make climbing easier.
