Do a chicken carcass with a bunch of mirepoix (carrot, onion, cellary) and seasoning but don't bother cutting anything up, just snap it to fit it in the pot, let it go on the lowest you can all day long replacing water as needed, when done strain it all, use the broth as base with fresh ingredients and it'll make a soup that will change your life
