Is it problematic that I hate crossdressers when I'm a tranny

@lethe It's not problematic, we're completely different demographics

I hate crossdressers and drag queens because I suffer from gender dysphoria and am disgusted by the idea of being confused with perverts who dress as caricatures of women for sexual excitement

@scathach@stereophonic.space @lethe@social.xenofem.me I can't say for crossdressers but I'm pretty sure most drag queens aren't doing it because of sexual reasons, it seems like a very genuine form of performance art for people

The whole "appeal" comes from "haha man is a dress". Then the costumed clowns have the audacity to go and run their events where they actively provoke backlash from the right wing before they take their costumes off

@Arcana @nik @lethe @scathach They're not parodying trans people they're parodying cis women, and it started because women were banned from theater.

@Jazzy_Butts @Arcana @nik @scathach mm yeah I don't really think drag queens are a big deal. They're doing a performance, it's not necessarily trying to make fun of anyone.

I more just mean the CDs who fetishize transness, who make people think trans women wear nappy wigs and lipstick smeared across their face and are mentally unwell
