When I was a kid I saw Armitage, it made me fall in love with trans people because I perceived Armitage as trans, she was an artificial woman fighting for acceptance. I was so happy when the male love interest accepted her and protected her, even giving up his own "manliness" to become part robot himself.

I also watched a lot of daytime talk shows and they'd have a lot of "GUESS THE MAN" episodes with crossdressers and transwomen and I would get so mad, furious, angry, when the audience would jeer, for no reason they would, these girls had done nothing but walk on the fucking stage. It made my blood boil.
