One of the great things about older anime’s is how they just won’t censor child nudity a lot of the times
The two that come to mind are in Inuyasha you see Shippo nude several times and can make out his penis and balls vaguely in some shots. And Dragonball/Z has several times you see kid Goku’s junk, and once as a baby along with Broly.
