@violet_rose @GavinPrynne Yep, and quite frankly: I’m not right-wing, but I’d rather the left not give in to exclusionary rhetoric if possible. I’m a pacifist, though, so I’m a bit of an outlier in leftwing spaces. I prefer to live a life of love, even of those who may well hate me.

Saying what I said about Strategist earlier saddened me. I like many of the research articles linked to on Newgon Wiki, and most of the memes there were old school channer material—and many old school channers were/are queer (and quite frankly, I’d assert that pedophilia and zoophila are queer in the sense that they defy the prevailing social norms). The fact that Strategist felt it necessary to target the kinks and paraphilias of Lecter instead of the doxxing and thought policing—which I’ve seen ample evidence of occuring there from several different accounts since I joined—was just so out of place, and it just didn’t make sense to me. It’s not really strategically sound to alienate potential allies by attacking someone who is already widely maligned by pro-contact MAPs on the basis of his identity. If anything, I think they somehow managed to give Lecter more ammunition in asserting he’s being framed.

Like yeah, maybe that’ll work on some chans these days! The pediverse, however, is very much not that culture, by and large. If the focus is on strategy, one would hope it would be apparent that different tactics work best in different theatres of war.

I don’t hate Strategist, by any means. I don’t hate anyone for saying retarded things. I only hate people for abuse. Doxxing? That’s abuse. Saying things that harm my mental health to keep reading over and over? I’ll just block and move on, as much as I hate having to do so.

It is about combating an obvious fed instance owned by a literal anti. Limiting 2 doxers will not solve this problem. Especially when 1 literally is co-owner of the instance.

Is abandoning subsets of your community truly something queer culture wants to do again? Youth will not stand for this. This will only make yet another generation hate their adult oppressors.

Either make progress for all, or get left behind when someone remembers how you abandoned them.

@fallen_angel @HinamizawaShokogun22 @GavinPrynne @violet_rose It will probably happen via the extreme exclusionary othering that mainstream queers benefited from in the 80s and 90s, because an increasingly small radical youth + pedo demographic have no idea how mass movements work.

At no point, even in its radical past did the gay movement have self-identifying subsets of rape and grooming fetishists, nor people who get off on animal abuse (acted on or otherwise) waving their own flag.

The closest I could find to this were gay men who acted in a conspicuously feminine manner and transvestites; they even formed activist committees to that effect. Both stereotypes they confirmed, preexisted the gay movement and involved "consenting adults", so were eventually seen as benign expressions of diversity. Since MAP stereotypes are all about oppressing children, I would suggest that self diagnozing (and probably over diagnozing) biastophilia, sadism, manipulation, etc in our psyche, then advertising it before the public even knows about us, is a potential disaster. Imagine a major news channel doing an investigative report on NNIA today - they flagrantly confirm every single harmful stereotype of pedophiles and leftists.

Paraphilia activism and optional alliance with MAPs, however, is a reality that allows both to exist independently and with some degree of co-operation.

As for behavior: What group suddenly disappears in samples of rapist CSOs? Pedophiles. It isn't a bad thing that pedosexual behavior doesn't confirm the reactionary stereotype - far from it. We need to be getting pedophiles away from this kind of stereotyping, as they are the *most* vulnerable in our group, and the normies+normie MAPs who eventually help us become a mass movement will doubtless attempt to exclude them.
