Also that's a no true scottsman falacy. You can't say that a nazi soldier isn't a Nazi soldier because he's disobeying orders. He's a disobedient nazi, still a Nazi, and thus, a good nazi. In fact, there is no reason at all the party couldn't have been reformed, or still couldn't be, despite the chances of that being slim to none. There's at least the possibility, but I think you'd disagree.
