there's literally no reason for HRT to be this hard to get tbh. "it significantly alters your body :(((" tattoos? piercings?? COSMETIC SURGERY??? you can get all of these without needing a battery of shrinks to approve of it. HRT not being freely available is about transphobia, nothing else.
