@flower @Jazzy_Butts iron is ready enough to come by, but quantity doesn't matter if you can't absorb it. Steel is 97~% iron but you can't eat that. Liver has a lot of iron but I believe spinach beats it for absorbable iron

@bestest @flower@kogal.cc I didn't know! Thankyou for telling me, I will focus on eating more spinach. I try not to eat meat anymore, so most of my stuff is veggie anyway. Deff needing help figuring out what a solid veg diet looks like.

@Jazzy_Butts @flower focus on absorption. Best source, and most of, are not the same thing. Milk is famous for calcium but (memory is foggy so I might have the specific vegetable wrong) you ABSORB more calcium from lettuce and other leafy greens
