I have the ocd!!! It used to make me overtrain, and I was confused!!!! You need to train consistently and don't push yourself too far or you're going to be doing yourself in. Gentle training, consistently, consistently advance, slowly, that is how you go from beta, back to alpha, because you're all born alphas!!!!!!!!!! Everyone is born an alpha!!!!!!!!!! No hierarchy that way!!!!!! Yea!!! So, anyway, everyone is an alpha, but sometimes an alpha will get confused, and that's when they become a BETA. So anyway, just keep training steadily and you can be a queer map alpha in a world of betas and you'll be much happier.
