Being nauseated by blood doesn't make you weak, it's just a physiological response. Additionally bloodless torture is easy to achieve, I can recommend some methods used by professionals including one which doesn't leave evidence so you can torture your enemies and then release them back into the wild if you like. Or we can get creative and think of some new ways to hurt people without seeing blood.
