I am seriously afraid to ask this, but what if modern art serves no other purpuse then money laundering?
It's so obvious, it's scary. You cannot trade drugs for money, but you can give millions for a paper with a glued banana? 
@LukeAlmighty heard this theory before. I'm sure some of that is going on, but mostly modern art is just shit.
