(Also I think that it's possible that finding new and interesting stories becomes harder every time a good and interesting story gets written. Like with mining gold from the earth, there's only so much drama you can find within the limits of human culture.)

Because, believe it or not, it's harder to find a few GOOD writers than a LOT of mediocre animators.
