Now, that is the joke. I didn't even get that far. I just said that it's a controversial topic, and most sources are 100 percent one-sided, so it's pointless to read more of them before getting the counter-points.
@LukeAlmighty @ChristiJunior I suspect that the figures cited are only direct impacts and don't include indirect costs such as greatly increased law enforcement and corrections spending, so the real numbers are probably far, far worse.
