Ghetto neighborhoods are often bad because of a small percentage of criminals, that while small, is much larger than non-ghetto neighborhoods, and makes the difference.
BLM is using and promoting the criminals to terrorize and rob the non-criminals. Of course their against the police, they want to be the (mafia-style) police.
Most black Americans want the same or MORE policing of their neighborhood, not less. BLM is actually opposed to what most black Americans want.
