The main problem is when the company takes an outside software, Taleo being the main culprit here in my area, being a QC founded company. Their software is fucking cancer. It takes your CV and then automatically badly fills everything, so you have to fix it up
What's doubly frustrating is that the software is clearly hosted on Taleo's site (url is always company.taleo.com), yet, despite that, you still need a new unique login, so you need to reregister, for every single company using it

It is simple. If they do not care to go directly through the resume, just immagine what kind of care are they gonna show, when deciding your pay, or even your work conditions... Just something to think about.
