I find it halarious, that the same PR speech that is used to "appease both sides" is getting so overused, thet it is no longer effective.

So now, after several demi-apologies, I see both comments saying they cannot support them, because they did apologyze aswell as people saying they cannot support them because they did apologize.

In other words, everyone has gotten used to translating vague PR speech as the worst possible interpretation...
