I do not HATE school. I despise it. Teachers are just a bunch of retards who claim to be educating kids, while all they do is train them to interpret their irrational lists of pseudo-requirements needed to finish a class.
When is the last time your homework was rated 100 percent on your ability to get the required result based on your understanding of the topic? Oh no... it was about you being able to decyphre what keyword was teacher looking for while going through his artificial list... It is irrelevant, if you do understand it, unless you can also present it in such a way, even teacher gets it...
I am tired of this shit. I might be autistic, but when I get 50 percent from a topic that I have been using in my job for the last year, there might be a slight problem in the rating system.

in some university courses an instructor will assign a few papers based on readings or there will be at least 3 test
I figured it out by the second paper, so if you study you will get at least a B on the first paper, then A's on every other, giving you an A average on papers, and if you have studied you will do well on the tests in any case
if you are sure it's not working out well, you can drop the course by a certain deadline
a teacher may have unique requirement
by the second test or paper you can figure out what the teacher wants and angle your study to satisfy that
