Where do they get all of these leftie-idiots to ruin the company's reputation?

I mean, this single position has power to tank or spike stock prise, and most people would be willing to keep their politics out for 1,5 times the minimum wage. Especially since it's such an easy job.

I am not saying this is a proof of the company being immoral, but it is a proof of company being mis-managed.

College.
Colleges are trying to force identity politics on their people in a likely attempt to demoralize. It's so that the communist Chinese can copy ideas.
Just recently, an establishment blog wrote a salty article about white men being poached by the Chinese.

If one also thinks about it, censorship's happening right now because corporations are scared of press exposure.
Remember PewDiePie getting "cancelled"? That costed Youtube quite a bit of money then. Now Youtube's back to burning Google's pockets.
Since then, activism has taken the place of journalism to a point where "professional" journalists will look for a reason to take somebody down for wrongdoing.
A more current example, a doctor named Peter Corey gave a speech about COVID that C-Span put up on Youtube as a VoD, Youtube deleted it.
It's only been recently visible since the narrative is no longer consistent and journalists will work hard to make sure that noone can say anything positive.

I get what you're saying, but no politics is always safer even then left-wing politics.

But that is not even the point. I do sometimes work on [won't tell] company forum, and even when I could solve a customers problem by a "no-shit solution" I still do ask my supperior before posting anything, that could be mis-represented.

And then you get idiots, who deserve to get fired for causing a huge damage to the company's reputation. I just wander:

A) how is it possible, that these idiot employees do love to risk their jobs. (I guess you did anwser that one)

B) how is it even possible, that managers do not prevent these events in the first place???

BTW, thanks for mentioning Peter Corey. I will take a look at him now 🤔

And excuse my autism... It takes me a while to understand some social-pressure based events.

@LukeAlmighty
Rand Paul (a retired doctor) also did a speech about COVID that was given the same b& hammer when C-SPAN uploaded it.
