this is probably the upper limit of how french i'm ever willing to be
(if you are wondering, it's a german ww2 panther tank that the french found left after the nazi retreated and then put into service themselves for the rest of the ww2)
also, it's a premium in war thunder, which means you have to buy it with premium currency for real cash, but you sort of have to, if you want to play the french, because the french just don't have a good late/early-post ww2 tank, so there's a gap between 5.3-6.7 BR, roughly, which is quite a big gap
though honestly, you could just say that the french simply don't have a good tank period, until amx-30, everything is just pain

@pony
I just don't like the immersive experience of:

Drive for 3 min
Die instantly
Drive for 4 min
Die instantly

Good battle, here's your -10k. :angry_pepe:

@pony
I know. Not gonna lie, there are some .ap/tank combinations that can be fun. Or KV-2 on any map :ablobcool:

But I just like the feeling of seeing a plane 7km and evaluating if I should or not engage. Not to mention I can actually make some SL while playing a plane.

@LukeAlmighty i personally like how the tank game makes me try to keep situational awareness, knowing where my allies that can protect me are, where the enemies are, watching the sight lines, trying not to expose my weak spots while trying to shoot the enemies weak spots and all this fun

i don't really know how to play the planes anyway

@pony
Either way, next month, I should have some time, that I will definitelly use to increate this number...

Wouldn't mind playing a few rounds with you.

@LukeAlmighty @pony 749 hours?! .. gee and It thought I played too much Verdun at ~100
@djsumdog @LukeAlmighty i got 425 and only have rank IV and some rank V tanks, lol (though I'm playing kinda all nations)

@pony @djsumdog
I am already researching my first tier 6 plane, but honestly, low tier planes are way more fun.
