I fucking hate that argument so much...

Because people who don't care won't care either way, and people who do do not need to immagine it.

It is an argument based on assumption that they do consider you a human being. Obviously, they can imagine the reverse. And what will they say?

"you cannot compare that"

Because obviously you cannot compare treatment of human beings.... and treatment of you.
