As far as I do understand it, every single thing the GOV had forbidden based on the emergency state. In other words, while there are some things that the local administrations can ban aswell, they do so, all of it is allowed.

So far, 2 districts have declared a total lockdown, but other then that, I think I will finally be able to buy myself a belt...

Now, what is certain is, that on monday, we will get 100 new rules, but noone knows what will they be.

What is possible is that after 3 more days the GOV gets together to declare a new emergency anyway...
