And its not new, it was on many years ago and had 1 or 2 sequel campaigns.

@TheMadPirate if before the couple would be free to decide on how to take their leave. Which naturally would lead to the mother taking the majority of the time(for obvious reasons, as men can't breastfeed, for example). Now couples will be obliged to take the same amount of time 🤦♂️.
