I seriously doubt you can.

But if it's to play a game, here is tbe list of options.

1) check if there is a gog version. (i have no idea how they do it, but their compatibility is superb)

2) Virtual machine?

3) buying some seriously old laptop.

@LukeAlmighty i was able to some how before maybe i need to see if i try to see if a win 64 one exists

Yeah... you that is another thing.

Most 16 bit games somehow still do work under win 10, but only under 32 bit version. Once you go to 64 bit, there is a ton of compatibility issues I hate...

So, if you loooove old games, 32bit win 10 does offer you a lot of options.

@LukeAlmighty i have the game and it runs on windows i guess its 32bit game but it lists me as the os hmm
@LukeAlmighty windows and games are weird like a few newer ones i couldn't fix the resoultion to the games so i had to window mode. while some of the older ones i had to toggle 600x480. song of saya remaster has issues with 24bit 192bit so i am using the og one
@LukeAlmighty maybe it was a steam thing i could tell it hey run in x reoultions.
@LukeAlmighty https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=926885559 it says run directplay i'm not sure if that will work if i get any other issues with older games but dang
