@Jdogg247 I feel like creating criminal penalties for organizing or taking part in demonstrations that turn violent could be bad, because any potential right-wing demonstration could "turn violent" once antifa shows up. Seems too easy to abuse in general. It's not Jim Crow, but it's a bad precedent.
This is one of those, don't give the government any power you wouldn't want the other side to have. This will only get used against the right when a fist fight breaks out, while the left most fully peacefully burns down a city.

While I hate to say this, right wing has no rights in US. Riots are pointless. Terrorism or assasinations on the other hand?
