I feel bad for people with mental disorders. I shouldn't laugh, but I'd be lying if I said I didn't.

There is still a 1/2 percent chance that these people just have severly compromized immunity...
So, you are right to laugh only 199 times out of 200.
@LukeAlmighty Then they should work on their immune system with appropriate treatments. Hiding from imagined monsters is something I can't help but laugh at, and I feel ok with that even if I shouldn't laugh.
