I never tried a Raspberry Pi before, because I just didn't see any point in doing so. I couldn't imagine tinkering with it much, as I was always pre-occupied with other things.
But I just noticed that there seem to be ports of LineageOS and Android TV available for it. That made me instantly excited for it, but after a moment of deliberation, that excitement is gone.
Yes, the possibility of running Android apps on a Desktop device is great, but no Android apps come to mind that I'd love to use more comfortably, because I rarely use them in the first place and the main draw of them is for them to be used on a mobile device.
Just for the fun of trying things out, the very first thing that came to mind is gaming. But not only are the majority of exclusive games on mobile either highly exploitative and/or just not even worth playing, the main issue would probably be the GPU of the Raspberry Pi.
Is it even capable of running complex 3D-rendered games on Android in a playable state? And what about games that are usually only playable in a vertical screen orientation of the mobile phone?
Maybe it's just easier to try out an Android emulator, if there are even good ones out there, but there's certainly an appeal to a dedicated Android gaming device.

That sounds interesting. Do you have experience with these kinds of things or is it just something anyone can do? I know very little about Arduino.

What do you mean by that exactly?
