I am so tired of debating philosophy on the internet, because most people take it as a chance to be just throwing names and pseudo-terms.

Even if we did read the same philosophers, our understanding of their views would be different. And while it make take 10 times longer to re-phrase the argument then just say (x would disagree), Saying that x would disagree is the worst combination of argumentative crimes immaginable.

(Assuming I know what quote you're takling about, that I understand the quote the same way, that that even is the meaning of the quote, that there arent enoigh situational differences, and to top it all of, argumant to authority. I cannot argue with Aristoteles, I am arguing with you)
