Bad idea

1) Marriage is a bad system as it it. Homosexual marriage is prety acceptable, but hegerosexual marriage is a slave contract. Aditionally, you have people who married train station, anime avatar etc. In short, this does not help at all, because it gives power to everyone except the people you think it would. And don't forget, that marriage contracts are getting more toxic for families, as well as more open for the rest each year...

2) Woman sufferage is not a problem because they don't want to get married, but because they do vote themselves all of the money and rights, that make them not need a men in their lives as long as the government can enslave men for them.

3) 9/10 problems with democracy is that interest groups can vote in dumb benefits for themselves. This could theoretically be balanced if you could ONLY vote as a net tax payer. In short, the more money you take in benefits, the less your vote counts. If you need something changed, you can either earn more OR give up on benefits.

This would ensure that people cannot simply ask for more money once they asked for more then they put in.
